Aggie Gentz combines an alumni-based LLC and a 501(c)(3) Foundation around a shared mission: supporting North Carolina A&T students through scholarships, emergency assistance, academic resources, and leadership development.

Rod L. Wilson serves as Director of the Aggie Gentz Student Development Institute, which delivers the ASCENSION program for student leadership, personal development, and career readiness.

Operating focus

ASCENSION connects students with workshops, coaching, leadership experiences, mentors, corporate and industry professionals, and real-world skills spanning assessments, financial literacy, and professional development.
