A national insurance brokerage needed to prove its redesigned renewal-placement operating model before scaling it across a complex, multi-office organization.

Provided senior transformation and operational leadership across nine mission-critical offices, leading Model Office strategy, user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, KPI/KRI development, stakeholder alignment, training, and management systems.
